Mary Agro Farm Officially Inaugurated

Inspired by the growing food insecurities and food shortage in the region and the country in general, the Catholic Diocese of Enugu today 30th July officially inaugurated the Mary Agro Farm.
With the mandate to bridge the gap of food supply, provide employment and produce a new generation of technologically driven agropreneurs, Mary Agro Farm an initiation of the Auxiliary Bishop of Enugu Diocese for the Diocese has taken off with her first set of trainees officially given their graduation certificate and a loan of 500 thousand naira each.
Present for the official inauguration of the project and graduation of her first set of trainees were, the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Callistus Onaga, The Auxiliary Bishop, Most Rev. Ernest Obodo, Bishop Emeritus, Most Rev. Anthony Gbuji, Bishop Florent Kone from Mali and the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uguwanyi amongst many other dignitaries, captains of industries, Diocesan Functionaries, the faithful and other special guests of honor.
