Tasks:
The work of this Commission should include:
i. Encouraging vocations to the priesthood and the religious life.

ii. Studying the system of seminary followed in the annual induction course for students preparing to enter the Major Seminary with a view to making improvements

iii. Supervising the annual two months apostolic work undertaken by major seminarians

iv. Making arrangements for sacred ordinations – this should include thorough examination of reports on seminarians.

v. Helping the Secretariat organize the annual reunion of senior seminarians with the Bishop

vi. Helping the Secretariat to organize the annual Vicariate Exams for diocesan theology students aspiring to various ministries in the Church

vii. Helping in the processing of seminarians’ reports.
